Q: Does the notepad have a hard cover?
A: No. The first sheet is the start of your notepad.
Q: Can I get a custom design made for me?
A: Yes, you can click on “Let us help with your design” on the custom notepad page and submit a request. Our expert designers will try to create whatever you need.
Q: Can I use my own design?
A:Yes.After you select the reverse side material and quantity, click on “Start designing” and you’ll be able to upload your custom notepad design.
Q: Can I see how the design will look before completing the order?
A:Yes, we offer a PDF proof feature that lets you see how your personalised notepad will look when it’s printed. This lets you check for any errors before you complete your order. On the design page click the “Proof” button on the top menu.
Q: What do I do if there is a typo or a design error in my custom notepad?
A: If your order isn’t exactly the way you created it, we will be more than glad to replace it. Just contact our customer care via phone, chat or email and we’ll make it right.
