Maybe a smaller size??

I ordered an A0 sign to use on the wall of my massage suite, so I went with the biggest size I could thinking it would look best in photos!
Design I used a separate app for, but uploading, ordering and tracking the delivery was easy, so 5 stars for the online service!
I am very happy with the lightweight of the product as the wall I intend to use isnt the sturdiest. However, although the printing is fine (a little fuzzy on the finer details, albeit only up close, and thats probably more to do with how large the image is) there seems to be brown specs dotted around the sign, as if the cardboard is still showing?
If it wasn't for this, would definitely be leaving a 5-star review, have used VistaPrint in the past, and I intend to carry on using them in the future, just disappointed with this product.

At least this board will work for it's purpose, but the text is all fuzzy with flecks of brown everywhere.
The edges look like they were just torn apart!
