Our custom foam boards are lightweight panels with an expanded foam core, sandwiched between 2 smooth, matte white cardboard surfaces. This simple structure makes them both rigid and easy to handle.

Yes, double-sided printing is available for options that do not include the protective gloss coating.

Yes. We offer several accessories to help you display your signs:

  • For standing displays: consider tabletop easels, floor-standing easels & tabletop wooden stands
  • For wall displays: use double-sided sticky pads or Command™ Strips.

All accessories are available at checkout or on our accessories page.

The number of drilled holes will depend on the size you choose. On our largest sizes, A0 (841 x 1189 mm) and B1 (707 x 1000 mm), a total of 6 holes will be drilled – a hole in each corner, plus 2 in the middle. For other sizes, a total of 4 holes will be drilled — 1 in each corner.

Yes — for foam boards without the gloss varnish, we recommend using a permanent marker. If you have selected the glossy coating option, writing on the surface is not recommended, as the ink may smudge before it fully dries.

Yes, you can create a custom shape for your foam signs.

We don’t recommend it. These lightweight signs aren’t water or wind-resistant, so we advise you limit them to indoor use. If you’re looking for an outdoor-friendly option, we recommend you consider our Foamex Signs.

We only offer hanging holes at this time. 

The weight depends on the size and the thickness. For comparison, an A3 (29.7 x 42 cm) board weighs 104 g for the 5 mm option. Please reference our full size chart above for more details.

The minimum size is 12 cm and the maximum is 118.9 cm on the longest side.

It depends which orientation you choose. For vertical foam core signs, we list dimensions as length by width. For vertical signs, it’s width by height.

Our UV digital printing technology creates sharp, vibrant and detailed prints.

Drilled holes are only available on 5 mm-thick foam. Foamex is a great alternative if you’re looking for drilled holes on 10 mm-thick material.
