Excellent product but delayed and no communication

I should say that the product was excellent. However, I ordered 3 weeks before I needed the item (for an event). Order status changed to ‘production delayed’ only days before estimated delivery. That would have been fine if someone had e-mailed me to confirm new delivery date. Instead I had to contact VistaPrint several times for updates, is it really that hard to contact the customer when things go wrong? Unfortunately if I need something by a specific date I’ll go elsewhere as this was far too stressful.

Careless and no quality control

I ordered two sets of double sided coasters. The first set arrived with tears to the edges. The second set came with the back not printed at all. Mistakes and no quality control, avoid!
