I would like to congratulate the management, customer service team (a gentleman called Mohamed) and all teams working within Vista Print. The way it was dealt with my complaint, left me out of words to how to appreciate their patience, confidence and trust in customers. I was a customer long time ago and came back after 15 years. This time I asked for replacement of print, and V.P did not hesitate to offer me not only a free replacement, but a new design. And that was not all, I was offered a higher price replacement, free of charge. Money was not the issue, I was ready to pay extra to get the right product, however, the way that V.P. made all options available to me proves their generosity and care about customers. Vista Print deserves first class appreciation and respect, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others at all.
