My experience has been very disappointing. The business cards were badly produced. Initially, it was suggested by Vistaprint that my design was flawed but it was then agreed that there were production/finishing issues and that they would be redone. Several days have now passed and Vistaprint have stopped communicating with me! So, I now have no idea what is happening.
Their people are friendly and seem helpful when you speak with them but they don't seem to honour what they say they'll do. This is so, so disappointing.
